The Lodge Rooms

The Roundstone Inn's lodge rooms are probably unlike anything you have stayed in before. They are more than just a place to sleep. Our guests are pleasantly surprised by the care and attention we used to furnish and decorate the rooms. All lodge rooms come with a microwave, small refrigerator, 27" remote control television and radio alarm clocks. For our guests pleasure we provide in room coffee and tea.

Sahara Lodge Room

The Sahara Lodge Room can accommodate one to four persons. It has one high quality queen bed, a single sofa bed and a three piece washroom. The centre attraction of the room is a gas fireplace. It is perfect for young or old lovebirds to sit and soak in the dancing glow of the flame, after a busy day skiing or swimming at the beach.

The room derives it's name from the desert colour scheme we used in the decor of the room. The room has a 27" remote control television, VCR or DVD Player, radio alarm clock, hair dryer, "mini" kitchen which has a small preparation counter, full size stainless steel sink, dish soap, dishcloth, cutlery, toaster, kettle, dishware/glassware, and barbecue utensils (no stove).

There is a dining table in front of the garden view window. Take time to relax on the Sahara's private, trellis enclosed patio. There is a flower garden, B.B.Q, table, chairs and umbrella. This room has been enjoyed by many of our guests. Families enjoy the "mini" kitchen, patio and barbecue area. Hope you will enjoy it soon too!

Muskoka Lodge Room

The Muskoka Lodge Room can accommodate one to four persons. Some features are one high quality queen bed, a single cot or double floor mattress is available, a small refrigerator, microwave, three piece washroom and a warm pine, country style decor. The room has a 27" remote control television, VCR or DVD Player, radio alarm clock, hair dryer, "mini" kitchen which has a small preparation counter, full size stainless steel sink, dish soap, dishcloth, toaster, kettle, dishware/glassware, cutlery and barbecue utensils (no stove). There is a dining table for two persons. Board games and cards are available.

The room derives it's name from the Muskoka Lakes steamship wallpaper border that is in the room. Outside your room there is a porch area with water fountain and flower beds.. You may want to sit in the morning, in your house coat and slippers, to enjoy a cup of in-room tea or coffee (it might be a little chilly in the winter).
