A two-night minimum stay is usually required for lodge rooms and cottages. We will book one-night stays for lodge rooms, subject to availability.

Reservations Policy

• To confirm daily reservations, we require a deposit of the full nightly rate for a single night or 50% for multiple nights/rooms.
• To confirm weekly reservations, we require a deposit of 50% of the weekly rate per unit.
• Payment types accepted for reservation deposit: Email Money Transfers, Visa, MasterCard or personal cheque.
• Personal cheque reservation deposits are not confirmed until cheque is received and cleared.
• The reservation deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
• No charges other than any required deposits will be processed until your arrival.
• Reservation balance is due upon check in.
• Check in time is 2:00 PM
• Check out time is 11:00 AM

Cancellations Policy

Daily Lodge Rooms and Cottages:

Cancellation of booking with more than 7 days notice in advance of arrival date:
- No charge.

Cancellation of booking with less than 7 days notice in advance of arrival date:
- If able to fill the vacancy, no charge.
- If unable to fill vacancy, 1 night rate for a single night/room reservation, or 50% of total account for a multiple night/room reservation.

Last minute cancellation or "no-show":
- 100% of total account for a single or multiple night/room reservation

Weekly Cottages:

Cancellation fees with minimum of 35 days notice in advance of arrival date:
- No charge.

Cancellation in less than the minimum 35 days notice in advance of arrival date:
- If able to fill the vacancy, no charge.
- If unable to fill vacancy, you will forfeit deposit.

Last minute cancellation or "no-show":
- 100% of total account for a multiple week reservation

Note: If you are booking multiple rooms under one name or credit card, the reserved rooms must be cancelled thirty (30) days before the arrival date to avoid any penalties. Our cancellation policy might come across a little strong, but our previous experience forces us to apply these rules.

Payment Methods

• All reservations must be secured by a credit card deposit, funds transfer, or personal cheque.
• Sorry, no personal cheques upon check in.
• We accept travellers cheques, Visa, MasterCard, Interac (direct payment) and email money transfers.
• All rates are quoted in Canadian Funds.
• Applicable taxes (5% PST and 5% GST) are not included in the accommodation rates.

The person registering is responsible for all damages caused to room, furnishings and fixtures.
